Mr. Kyle is a Project Manager with Capital Trade, Incorporated.  He joined Capital Trade after working over four years at the U.S. Department of Commerce as a Senior Import Compliance Specialist/Import Compliance Specialist.  Mr. Kyle’s background is in international trade regulations with specific expertise in antidumping investigations and administrative reviews, antidumping margin analysis, and SAS computer programming.  Mr. Kyle also has experience in countervailing duty methodology with specific experience in indirect subsidies.
