Mr. Klett specializes in international economics and trade regulation, with specific expertise in assessing the economic impact of imports on U.S. industries and consumers. He has participated in studies involving U.S. export control regulations, direct foreign investment in the United States, and financial analysis of the member companies of an international consortium. A former economist with the U.S. Intenational Trade Commission, he has extensive experience in antidumping, escape clause, and Section 337 intellectual property infringment proceedings. He has appeared as an expert witness before the International Trade Commission at a number of hearings.
