Ms. McCleary directs the Computer Services for Capital Trade, Incorporated. She specializes in the development and implementation of management information systems. Over the last 20 years, she has supported numerous law firms and companies in antidumping investigations, annual reviews and price monitoring projects.  As a SAS specialist, she has extensive experience in all aspects of data collection, antidumping margin calculation, and cost and pricing analysis.  In addition, Ms. McCleary has provided statistical analysis for several litigation cases involving large and complex data bases.
