From time-to-time at this site, we post short notices of items or issues in the international trade regulatory arena (antidumping, countervailing duty, ITC injury, etc.) which we consider to be newsworthy and of interest to professionals practicing in this area. We also invite you to submit short narratives. If we deem them to be of general interest, we will post them here. In addition, we invite you to contact us directly with your methodological questions and issues. If we know the answer to your question or have some insight into the issue, we will send you a response or comments. All questions and comments submitted to Capital Trade will remain confidential.
