Calculating margin for antidumping cases can be confusing. Capital Trade has developed a table to use in understanding the Department of Commerce's dumping margin formula.

This calculation sheet is provided for guidance only. The worksheet shows only a very general methodology that the Department of Commerce might use to calculate antidumping margins. Actual antidumping calculations computed by the Department of Commerce will likely differ from the methodology presented below.
