Practice Areas

Practice Areas

From its origins in 1992 as an antidumping/countervailing consulting firm, Capital Trade has branched into three main practice areas: Trade Disputes and Compliance; Litigation Support; and Trade Policy Analysis.  Each of these practice areas tap into our core capabilities: knowledge of international markets and economics; extensive experience in analyzing large amounts of electronic data; and proven experience in administrative and legal proceedings. We bring a number of specific skills to bear in our projects, including economic research and modeling, data analysis, accounting, and forensic review.  Our many clients include a large number of premier law firms, private companies, governments, and trade associations.
