Mr. Westenbroek is an economist with Capital Trade, Incorporated and has over 15 years of experience in international trade.  His expertise includes providing litigation support in antidumping cases before the U.S. International Trade Commission.  He specializes in preparing company databases and providing surrogate market research in non-market economy cases before the U.S. Department of Commerce. Mr. Westenbroek also has extensive experience analyzing trade flows and policies using a variety of econometric and statistical techniques.

M.A. in Economics from the University of Delaware (1998)

B.A. in International Relations and Physics from the University of Delaware (1995).
