Ivoclar files 337 complaint at USITC
On February 19, 2014 counsel for Ivoclar filed a section 337 complaint at the U.S. International Trade Commission concerning certain lithium silicate materials and products. According to the complaint the materials and products at issue are used in the dental industry. Proposed respondents include the following companies:
· Dentsply International Inc.
· Dentsply Prosthetics U.S. LLC (Denstply Ceramco)
· DeguDent GmbH
