Bose files 337 Complaint over Earpiece Devices
Counsel for Bose Corporation filed a section 337 complaint at the United States International Trade Commission on February 26, 2014. In the complaint Bose alleges that Monster, Inc. and its subsidiaries import into the United States for sale earpieces that infringe one of Bose’s patents.
